They had what I needed in-stock. Drove 90 miles 1 way to get my baking supplies. Super fast shopping. No waiting in checkout line

Went to get an hearing exam & new hearing aids at the Sams in Normal, IL. They had just had to close theirs due to no employee. Made an appointment last week for the Sam's in Peoria. Arrived early today (Friday) at 2:30 for a 3:30 appointment. Saw the sign said on break, back at 3:50. Thought that was odd since we had an appointment at 3:30. Did some shopping and was back in the area 15 minutes later & saw a woman back their. She was changing the sign to say 4:00. When I said I had a 3:30 appointment she said I did not and was not on the schedule at all. She asked if I had called another store & I said I had called here and her voice was familiar. Luckily there was a Costco in town that was more than happy to take care of me and I didn't drive an hour for nothing.

It’s been 3 months since I bought the membership and the place is a mess. Walmart near Allen is way well managed and maintained. All the freezers need to be deep cleaned. Their bakery and walk in freezers needs deep cleaning.

This location CONTINUES to deliver Expired food to their paying customers & refuses a Return online to add to it. Selling food from August & Sept of 2025. As early as Sunday - done. Sam's FORGET they have a competitor now. I will be cancelling 3 separate memberships. My family's. Mom's. & Aunt's. Thinking you can sell ur OLD Inventory bc it is snack food, can goods (tuna was filled w bones & looked old), and beverages bc it is less likely to be caught. FOOD is too HIGH to receive spoiled products THEN you want consumers to Turn TRICKs to return it so they will say, ' nevermind '. I am filing a corporate & BBB.ORG complaint. It's a Divorce. My NEW Boo will be Costco. Oh ! & Do not buy tires from Sam's either. My daughter's "NEW" tires from July 2025. Just blew on the highway on her ride home from College. Under warranty & still had to PAY to get it put on. They didn't come get the car or meet her. Imagine Life 360 doing better than the Roadside asst you paid for new tires. Taking all this food right BACK to their counter. Disturbing my peace & taking my money ? CFPB & FTC will be notified too. I should call ILLINOIS Health Dept on Sam's. Everyone has a Boss. Good riddance. Virgi

I took advantage of the deal that I've been seeing recently which was only $25, which is 50% off of the regular annual price. I enjoyed going in and looking around the store and seeing the different items that they had to offer as opposed to other stores that are like Sam's. I am considering buying a swing set and I was specifically looking at the black one that they had on display, I was really happy to be able to see that it was built inside the store so I could have a visual of the actual size. Access to the store was quite easy, I just showed my card on my phone as I walked in. Sams sells a lot of items in bulk, which is nice, and there's a huge variety of different types of items, furniture, electronics, food, and clothing just to name a few. I probably would only have one slight complaint and that would be the size of the rotisserie chickens and honestly, they looked like they were well done. I was quite surprised how small they were compared to other stores. Aside from that, I thought that the store was great and checking out when I was finished was quite easy. It'll be nice to shop in the store for the next year while I have the membership to see if I'll be renewing next ye
